Please read these terms before creating an account.

1. Marketplace use

You agree to use MeeMa lawfully and to provide accurate account, delivery and payment information.

2. Customers and vendors

Customer accounts are for purchasing and participating in permitted referral programmes. Vendor access is granted only after the required platform approval.

3. Payments, BNPL and refunds

Payments are processed through supported gateways. BNPL obligations remain payable according to the agreed plan. Refunds may be reduced by applicable platform, referral or gateway percentages as disclosed during a refund request.

4. Reposts and referrals

Referral rewards are subject to the programme rules and successful payment verification. Fraudulent or self-referred transactions may be cancelled.

5. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and required two-factor authentication.
